A Creative Soul with a Dual Calling
Pamela Garski wears many hats—successful property dealer by day, expressive abstract artist by heart. While her career in real estate keeps her grounded in structure and strategy, her true sense of freedom comes alive on the canvas.
Pam began painting as a form of relaxation and personal expression—an escape from the busyness of everyday life. What started as a quiet passion quickly transformed into a full-fledged artistic journey. Over time, her work began to resonate with others who saw their own emotions, stories, and experiences reflected in her art.
The type of art Pam creates are paintings with paper! By using a gelli plate, with paints, brayer’s, household objects, stencils and masks, Pam creates unique papers with color, texture, and design. She states, ‘It is very addicting.’ She takes the papers, cuts them or tears them into pieces and moves them around until the pieces fit, like working a puzzle. All of the canvases are covered in papers. Some areas are embellished with acrylic markers or paints. Then the canvas is sealed. Each piece is a one-of-a-kind! She describes her work as unique, abstract, organic, colorful, imaginative, and fun; she hopes to invoke the viewer’s imagination by making the painting their own.
